He is adept at establishing, growing, and sustaining financially sustainable operations to deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions for his customers.
Achal Garg, PhD
Technical Advisor
Dr. Garg is an expert in wastewater management, with over 30 years of experience with the Metropolitan Sewer District of the City of Cincinnati, where he managed several laboratories and built a Research and Innovation division. Under his leadership, the research team successfully developed several new technologies to treat and disinfect wastewater. Through close work with the EPA, Dr. Garg developed an innovative dual disinfection system. Dr. Garg holds a PhD in environmental toxicology and is an active member of the Water Environment Federation (WEF).
Shantanu Jakhete
Operations Advisor
Mr. Jakhete advises Beaver EcoWorks on new product initiatives. Mr. Jakhete previously led teams at Palantir Technologies and at two federal government agencies, delivering $XX MM contracts for US Intelligence Community and Department of Defense strategic priorities. He is an expert in quick-reaction engineering and in developing solutions with unique project constraints. Mr. Jakhete holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

With over 30 years of business development experience Mr. Astolf is a leader who has a proven track record of creating and establishing strategic alliances with county, city, village, and organization leaders to effectively align with and support key initiatives. Mr. Astolfi is natural at developing relationships with lasting benefits to his clients. He has developed public-private partnerships on a regional and local level, marketed a national workforce training program and acted as a liaison for Federally funded programs in Florida servicing both the business and government communities.
